Nourishing Daikon Soup (Rice Cooker Edition 12 Months+)
A warm, wholesome soup perfect for little tummies and the whole family. Using the rice cooker makes it fuss-free while still packed with natural goodness.
Ingredients
* 200g pork ribs or chicken
* 1 daikon (white radish)
* 2 carrots
* 10g goji berries
* 6 red dates
* 2–3 tsp Lilo Premium Scallop Powder
* Water (enough to cover ingredients)
Instructions
1. Prepare the meat
* Blanch pork ribs or chicken briefly in boiling water to remove impurities.
2. Prepare the vegetables
* Peel and cut daikon and carrots into chunky pieces.
3. Assemble in rice cooker
* Add daikon, carrots, red dates, and goji berries into the rice cooker.
* Add 2–3 tsp of Lilo Premium Scallop Powder.
* Pour in enough water to cover all ingredients.
4. Cook
* Close the rice cooker lid and set to cook until ingredients are tender and flavors infused.
5. Serve
* Allow to cool slightly before serving to baby.
