Baby Nuggets

🧒 Lazy Nuggets for Toddlers 12 Months+
Ingredients:
* 100g minced chicken
* 1 egg
* 3 TBSP bread crumbs
* 1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Garlic & Onion Powder
* 1/2 tsp Lilo Premium Pumpkin Powder

Instructions:
1. Mix the nugget mixture:
    * In a mixing bowl, combine:
        * Minced chicken
        * Beaten egg
        * 1/2 cup bread crumbs
        * Lilo Garlic & Onion Powder
        * Lilo Pumpkin Powder
    * Mix well until fully combined. The mixture should be slightly sticky but easy to shape. If too wet, add a little more breadcrumbs.
2. Shape the nuggets:
    * Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape into small nugget-sized pieces (flatten slightly for even cooking).
3. Cook:
    * Option A - Air-fry: Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 12- 15 minutes, flipping once.
    * Option B – Oven-bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place nuggets on a lined baking tray. Spray or brush lightly with oil. Bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
4. Cool and Serve:
    * Let the nuggets cool slightly before serving to toddlers. Serve with yogurt dip or mashed veggies.

Storage Tip:
* Freeze before cooking: Shape and coat nuggets, then freeze on a tray. Once frozen, transfer to a ziplock bag and store for up to 1 month.
* Cook straight from frozen, adding 2–3 extra minutes to the cooking time.

This recipe is suitable for babies 12+ months (ensure your baby has tried all individual ingredients first and has no allergies).
